There is also a large, open living room, which flows out onto one of the ocean-front balconies. On the third floor, guests will find the master suite, which has sliders opening out to the second balcony - imagine waking up to the sun on the ocean every morning! There are two additional bedrooms that share a hall bath on the third floor as well. A loft area makes up the fourth floor, which has a small sitting area. Grilling is prohibited on balconies. Parking restrictions 6'6'' clearance.
