From the kitchen area you access the second flight of stairs to another two bedrooms, a full bathroom and the loft. Such a roomy town home, enough space for everyone. The complex is located off of Scarborough Ave Ext. approximately 4 blocks to the beach via a footbridge which crosses over the lake to Stockley Street in South Rehoboth.
Guests have access to the community swimming pool just steps from the unit. The complex pool is open from-10AM to 7PM.
The unit is located on the second floor and includes off street parking for 1 car + overflow (first come first serve, not guaranteed).
