For your enjoyment there is a table and chairs in the porch with additional bench seating and on the deck there are two loungers to lay in the sun. Upstairs you will find a primary bedroom and bathroom along with two additional bedrooms and a full bathroom in the hallway. Community perks include: an outdoor pool, located East of Coastal Highway, just minutes from downtown Lewes and the beaches. The Georgetown-Lewes bike trail is 1/10th mile away & offers off-street biking to Cape Henlopen State Park. Rehoboth and Dewey Beach & many other local attractions are just a short drive away.
