This carefully maintained vacation rental has one of Rehoboth Beach's top locations. Why? Because it is super close to the beach, while also being only a few blocks from Rehoboth Avenue! Guests can take advantage of the location by easily walking to everything the Nation's Summer Capital has to offer during their stay. With two stories, Mariner's Court Unit 222 has a total of two bedrooms and two bathrooms. On the first floor, guests will find the living room, kitchen, and dining area. On the first floor there is also a balcony that offers guests a peek at the Atlantic Ocean - you're almost oceanfront! Upstairs, guests will find both bedrooms and the second shared bathroom. This condo provides a community swimming pool for guests and parking for two cars per unit. There is an elevator in the building, there is not an elevator in the unit. *Please note, there is a height restriction on the parking garage, and no vehicles over 6 feet tall will be able to park in the garage. This is a non-smoking unit, and pets are not permitted.
