New flooring, furniture, bedding, and fixtures will make your stay in this condo an absolute pleasure. The unit includes a primary bedroom with a full bathroom and water views. There are two additional bedrooms that share a hall bathroom with a shower. The living area opens up onto the deck that provides views of the ocean and one of the numerous pools. There is assigned parking at the condo for 1 car. This is a resort like no other in this area! Sea Colony guests enjoy exclusive access to a half-mile of private beach, up to 12 pools (including two indoor), world class tennis, pickle ball, state-of-the-art fitness centers and activities for all ages. You do not need to leave the complex, there is always something to do. Resort amenities are not included in the rental fee, anyone over the age of 4 must purchase a badge to have access to any amenities at Sea Colony including the beach.
