The dining area is adjacent to the living room and includes a dining table. The kitchen, open to both the dining and living rooms features granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. There is an ample supply of dishes, serving bowls, flatware, cookware, and wine/cocktail glasses. There is a cozy breakfast nook area within the kitchen that includes a table and chairs.
