Guests of this waterfront rental can walk out onto the back deck and take in the views of the Delaware Bay - including watching the Cape May-Lewes Ferry as it comes in to dock between voyages. Located off of Cape Henlopen Drive, this home is just a short bike ride from Cape Henlopen State Park and Second Street in downtown Lewes, which can be accessed via recently completed bike trails.
On the main floor of this vacation rental, guests are treated to a living room, dining area, updated kitchen and half bath. Sleeping space is all located on the upper level, including two bedrooms that share a full bathroom and a primary suite with full bath. Completing the coastal feel of this home is the private balcony overlooking the bay on the primary suite.
Pilot Point 9 offers guests access to the community tennis courts as well as access to Lewes Beach in the community.
The owner provides bicycles, beach chairs, an umbrella and beach caddy.
